The scope of work covered construction from lean concrete up to the completion and finishing of the retaining walls. Within the Hann Reserve Project, our team successfully constructed three retaining walls, consisting of two curved retaining walls and one retaining wall integrated with a suspended slab system. The unique geometrical configurations and varying elevations presented significant execution and safety challenges.

In particular, the two curved retaining walls required precise setting-out, detailed reinforcement bending, and highly customized formwork installation to achieve the required radius and structural integrity. The retaining wall with a suspended slab demanded careful coordination of reinforcement works, slab support systems, and staged concreting to ensure proper load transfer and alignment.

From rebar fabrication and installation to specialized formwork erection and concrete pouring, the works required a high level of technical expertise, accuracy, and close supervision. Due to the complexity of the shapes and structural components, execution was especially challenging and required strict adherence to sequencing and safety procedures.

Despite these challenges, all retaining walls were completed in accordance with approved structural drawings, specifications, and project quality standards.
